Learn how to release those pesky knots with the help of a simple lacrosse ball. During this workshop you will discover how you can relieve tension and knots in your body by working with a lacrosse ball on the ground. We will focus on the feet, hips, low back and shoulders. After just a few minutes on each area you will notice a significant increase in mobility and decrease of tension. Lacrosse balls will be provided and as a parting gift you can take your ball with you!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes that are not too baggy. Yoga mats, water & tea are available. If you have a water bottle/travel mug please bring it with you.
